No Pets Allowed. "Gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 bathroom estate on the Southern end of Park Hill, known as “Seaclift Estates. Just a short walk to the Fiscalini Ranch Bluff Trails, the tide pools, and Shamel Park.
This beautifully appointed, open and spacious home, is very warm and inviting. It’s designed to be enjoyed as a group, perhaps a family gathering, to prepare delicious meals together, and to relax while listening to the waves crash a few yards away. The great room is elegantly furnished, with the focal point being the fireplace and seating area. The large dining room table is close by and the kitchen meanders around the corner for plenty of meal preparation. There is an entertainment room off the kitchen, where you’ll find a flat screen TV, DVD player, and plenty of seating. The sofa pulls out as a sleeper, and another full bath is just outside of that room. There is a lovely back deck, with the Ranch as your back yard. Watch the moon rise over the hill, and the deer graze, right behind the house. Outdoor dining table and chairs are perfect for a BBQ . The kitchen breakfast table is just behind a glass door, with a spectacular view. There is a small, beautifully landscaped beck yard, just down a few stairs.
The master suite is upstairs on the main level, with a queen bed, fireplace, and luxurious bathtub. Truly a lovely room to retreat to, with old world style, faux-finished walls, like a Tuscan villa.
There are two more comfortable bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds. In the hall there is a full bath, and a separate laundry room.
There is a front deck off the living room, with seating to watch the sunset each night, and smell our fresh ocean air.

This was one of the most fully equipped kitchens I've ever seen! The fireplaces are electric/gas and add a touch of coziness to the rooms. There are quite a few stairs though, something to keep in mind if you have limited mobility. But we appreciate it having rooms downstairs that were separate from the living room where we all congregated. I would happily stay here again!

Check in and check out were very easy. House is spacious, well appointed and the location is amazing. We only wish we had more time and could have stayed longer.

For years, we have been renting vacation homes in Cambria, and this is the best one so far. The home is beautiful inside and out. And the kitchen is to die for. You can tell the owners took a lot of pride when building and designing the home. The garage door needs to be serviced because the control panel has a warning come up on the screen whenever it opens. It also has an automatic door close function within 1 minute that I had to turn off since it nearly came down on the rear hatch of my SUV when we were unloading the vehicle. And the 3 TV's in the home were small and outdated. Other than those issues, it was perfect.

My family and I stayed for a week and did enjoy the home, for the most part. Here are the pros and cons of the property:Pros- Great location - Partial ocean view- Good size for family gathering- Short walk to beach and Fiscalini RanchCons- Smoke detector chirping. Called to replace battery and did not receive a call back. - Dirty windows with bird droppings all over them- Bird droppings all over driveway- Driveway very steep and cars dragged when parking- Tired and dirty furniture- Several of the blinds did not work and could not left/open them- Broken screen - Dirty exterior, including the deck- Hot water did not work on left side sink, in primary bathroom- Twin beds in guest room were credit when sleeping on them
