Unfortunate day as the lift is down and I have to move my luggage fron highest floor to the basement.
Luckily the staff help my wife to move her luggage.
There is a christmas market nearby the hotel . Within 200m.
Hotel actually is not near from the main lucerne station it is walkable though. Breakfast start at 6.30am which is good

Love the smile and the hospitality of the Hotel staff. Beautiful hotel, chic room, and classy-designed restaurant. Very clean room, fashionable design, love the lighting. Love the wooden blind at the balcony and the dressing table in the bathroom. Love the balcony. Good idea to provide the backpack for tourists. Excellent breakfast with hot food and fruit. Great location in city centre, a few minutes walk to the Chapel Bridge. Will definitely come back again.
