    Booked 2 suites for my wife's birthday and it brought many fond memories of our first stay back in 2017. Impeccable service, friendly staffs (thank you for the lovely surprise for my wife), breathtaking views from both suites. Truly, everything was perfect. Highly recommend to stay here for 2 nights and explore the quiet mountains all to yourself when the day visitors are gone.

    Hotel pilatus kulm was very nice and great reception, The view is majestic. The personnel especially pete and stansilova were wonderful and welcoming- very warm and Stansilova noticed that it was a special day and she made it exceptional. Im glad i chose to spend it there, MY only regret is canceling the second night- if you can book it! It is very nice after everyone goes down- and only the guests are left. The dinner was really gourmet and personalized to any food issues- the breakfast buffet was the best yet I have seen! Thank you again! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay! Highly recommend!!

    I booked a standard room at Hotel Pilatus-Kulm through Agoda, but upon arrival, I was placed in their sister property, Hotel Bellevue, which is at the opposite end of the area. The reception staff informed me that all standard rooms are located in Hotel Bellevue and offered an upgrade to Pilatus- Kulm for an additional fee. I found this both unreasonable and misleading, as the advertisement on Agoda made no mention of the standard rooms being in a different hotel. This lack of transparency feels deceptive, and the hotel should have been upfront about this in their listing. I hope they will consider updating their advertisements to reflect the true situation.
