I don't like the way that manager talks to me (even though this is a self-check-in hotel, that guy seems to lack passion). But the room and the place are amazing; I will recommend this hotel to my friend.

The location was amazing…so convenient to walk everywhere.
The overall aesthetic of the hotel and room was modern and simple.
The room, bathroom and kitchen were all a good size.
Self-Check in was easy.
The cafe downstairs was convenient
The kitchen had no coffee making facilities. Very frustrating in the morning.
The was no saucepans or microwave to heat milk … if we could have made coffee!
No washing-up liquid to clean the wine glasses!
No beer glasses in the kitchen.

Good location in old town. Spacious room. Good cafe downstairs.
Several bites from what I can only assume were bedbugs in winter. Wifi was patchy at best, tv didn’t work - I think related to the internet. Bathroom was very small and shelf placed directly above the small sink made it tricky to wash your face, spit toothpaste etc.
