Great location within old town – close to the station, Chapel Bridge, and shopping areas, but also got very loud at night with outside noises. The kitchen supplies could have been better but it was helpful to have that facility. There is a check in/reservation code that was to be provided. This was booked through Expedia and the hotel was not able to provide this by email. This process needs to be improved. Hotel call support was able to walk us through it. For the first time, you will need to go up a flight of stairs (with luggage) - after that you can get to the elevator. Once checkin is done, you can enter/exit from the other side without needing to go up the stairs.

Clean modern rooms in a great area in old town. Everything worked well. We loved the layout, almost felt designed by escher with the up and down hallways.
Bed was huge and comfortable, kitchenette and bathroom/shower worked great.
We're glad we stayed at the LUBO.
