The staff were very friendly and accommodating. One of the English guys let me check in a bit early for free when I explained how sick I had been earlier in the day and how much I was hoping for a hot shower and a bed. Once I had recovered I encountered the same level of care and friendliness from other members of staff. This hostel is a great place to meet really cool people, either staying long-term or travelling. It has a very communal vibe and it feels less like a hostel and more like a home away from home. The facilities are to a good standard too
There weren't enough plug options for the top bunk people and the bedding wasn't of the best standard. Not a bother for me because I had a long cable that I just put to my power bank and then attached my phone to that, but I wonder if it might be an issue for others on the top bunk.

Very good location as can walk into the city centre and train station in around 10 minutes away also there is a bus stop near by and the property also has its own car park
The room that I stayed in was quite modern
The kitchen area was quite large and included many cooking facilities
The lounge area and bar were nice to chill out in
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable

Hotel with a nice hostel vibe. Not an exclusive hotel by any means. Good for travellers.
Rooms are dated and tired.
