Great location, free offsite parking and fabulous breakfast. A true traditional British B&B if 40+ years ago.

Apple house is a delightful place to stay while at York. Staff are nice and approachable. Breakfast has a number of choices with good portions. Free parking is the biggest perk staying with them. We don't mind the 10mins walk to the city. Definitely staying here again if we visit York in the future.

The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The staff were also very friendly which made an enjoyable stay.
