The rooms are amazingly clean, it’s being cleaned up every day. The bed is comfortable, the shower has a good pressure for water.
It’s very close to La Spezia Centrale, so if you stay in La Spezia just to visit Cinque Terre, this is a great option.
It’s also very close to city center, so you don’t have to worry about walking far to grab dinner.
Not that we disliked it, in fact we appreciated the rooms being cleaned every day, but for us personally, the little soap didn’t have to be replaced every day. This way we waste a bit less and will be better for the environment :)

The room I actually stayed in was in a better location than Cinqueterre Behind.
There was no one there when I arrived (at the expected time) at my booked and pre paid accommodation.
When I realised that there was nobody there I phoned the number noted on my booking confirmation and about an hour after i arrived someone finally came. I was informed that my booked room was not available, apparently a plumbing problem, and I was taken to another place, owned by the same person.
