- The location is great, very close to the city center and the train station
- The staff was very helpful and nice
- The room was cozy and looked good
- The bed was very bad, had two mattresses that were soggy, and placed on a frame that had no edges so the only thing keeping them together was the bed linen, so they moved all the time leaving gaps in the middle
- The pillows were like sleeping on crumpled clothes
- The floor was a bit dirty
