Grande maison très confortable, une vue magnifique, proche des cinq terre et de la gare de la Spezia,
Le hôte était très facile à joindre pour toutes les questions que nous avions.
Emplacement très calme et loin de la ville parfait pour se reposer.
Quelques disfonctionnements sur des équipements (coupure eau et électricité) mais cela nous a pas gâché notre séjour.

La situation, le propriétaire était bien présent pour nous conseiller, très aimable. Pas très loin des Cinque Terre.
S'il fallait dire quelque chose, je dirais que la douche coule doucement si on est plusieurs à se doucher en même temps. Peu de pression.
Mais si chacun prend sa douche l'un après l'autre, ça va.

La casa è accogliente e ben disposta. La vista è splendida e anche la temperatura è ottima. Di sera si sta benissimo.
In realtà non c’è qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto. Forse presterei un po’ più attenzione ad alcuni dettagli nelle pulizie.

Only the view.
The host. I don’t know how Booking allows such hosts on their platform. We booked the property shortly after 8pm for the night, and even if we instantly paid, the host told us they hadn’t yet prepared/cleaned the apartment and asked us if we want to come or not, given the circumstances.
Bear in mind there are also extra charges for towels and lingerie. For 4 people we paid €60.
