We had a wonderful stay at Eva's apartment. It was very very clean, the bed was more than comfortable, and it was exceptionally well equipped.
We appreciated a lot the attention to detail and the cookies Eva left for us each morning.
The hosts were also very helpful, giving us valuable advice and providing quick answers and solutions to all questions. We also got great tips regarding nearby restaurants, where we had dinner and were more than pleased.
The location was perfect. Everything we needed was within a walkable distance. The port was close, the central railway station was a short 5-7 minutes walk, and there were restaurants and shops only a few minutes away.
It was truly a great stay and we'll be happy to return here, maybe next time also with our children.

Interior design of the room was stunning and I have never stayed in a cleaner room!!! Eva was really helpful and accommodating. Everything about the room was exceptional and a lovely balcony to enjoy our complementary coffee and snacks provided.
Great location close to the train station and to explore the rest of Cinque Terra.

From the outset Eva was amazing. Her communication was excellent and she had the room ready before the normal check-in time. She was there on our arrival and explained everything in relation to the apartment and then proceeded to recommend things to do in the area.
The apartment was serviced everyday and snacks/water replenished every day. the apartment was sptlessly clean and very convenient for accessing the station and the centre of La Spezia. we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and Eva to anyone.
Nobody could find fault with this aprtment or Eva - just superb.

Beautiful apartment, extremely comfortable. Daily cleaning service. Eva, the host was lovely and very helpful. A very short walk from the train station. Fantastic location if you plan to do day trips to Cinque Terre.
