Ease of check in, parking in front of property, good breakfast and amazing views.
Like most places in Italy it was steep, we were on the second floor, carrying our luggage up was a little bit hard.

Comfortable room, nice hosts & good value for money.
It was a little far out from the centre of town, needed to walk or get a taxi to the main attractions.

Long walk to train station and to ferry but doable
Breakfast was only cold food.
We stayed many places in Italy and this breakfast was the worst.
