L emplacement top , proche gare proche port et proche parking. Rue piétonne , pour manger le soir c est idéal. Les explications donnés es par l hote c était parfait aussi . On a passé un bon séjour .

Certains locataires ont été très très bruyants en rentrant la nuit ou le Matin très tôt mais malheureusement l hôte n y peut rien ….

Struttura pulita e in posizione eccellente , nel pieno centro storico a pochi passi dal porto e dal parcheggio

L'appartamento era in una posizione perfetta: centrale e nella principale via pedonale. L'host che ci ha accolto è stato molto cortese, ha risposto alle nostre domande e in caso di messaggio su WhatsApp rispondeva subito. L'appartamento era accogliente e composto da una camera matrimoniale che si affacciava alla via del Prione con due finestre. È dotato di aria condizionata e di un frigo, piccolino ma più che sufficiente per qualche yogurt e l'acqua. Il bagno, completo di bidet e ampia doccia, era un po' strettino e sviluppato in lunghezza ma adeguato. Appena fuori della porta dell'appartamento c'era uno spazio dedicato al relax tavoli, macchina Nespresso e capsule a disposizione degli ospiti come anche bustine di tè e tisane e caramelle.

Le uniche note negative riguardano il letto matrimoniale e la doccia. Il letto non ha doghe ma il materasso (rigido) è poggiato su un unica tavola di legno, con il risultato di essere un letto "molto duro" per cui, almeno noi, non si dorme bene e ci si svegliava indolenziti. A questo si aggiunge che lo scaldabagno, come evidenziato da un cartello che hanno appeso in bagno, era sufficiente per una sola doccia "veloce" e che si doveva aspettare circa 30 minuti per farne un'altra. Confermo che la doccia doveva essere veloce e che lavarsi i capelli (corti di un uomo) si arrivava che l'acqua cominciava a raffreddarsi. Comunque di sicuro non si poteva stare al caldino sotto la doccia per ristorare l'indolenzimento da letto duro.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of La Spezia, making it an ideal base for visiting the Cinque Terre and the surrounding area. Communication with the host was fantastic, and both finding the flat and accessing it were very straightforward. That part of the experience was seamless. Breakfast is provided via vouchers for a nearby café, which was a nice option. That said, it would have helped to have a clearer explanation up front, particularly that you need to present the voucher before ordering. Once we figured that out, the selection of coffee and pastries was enjoyable, and you can simply pay the difference if you'd like to order anything beyond what’s included.

The flat we stayed in had the bed positioned quite close to the entrance door, and as a result, we were frequently disturbed by noise from the stairwell, including guests coming and going, talking, or dragging luggage. While this may not be something the host can easily change, it’s helpful for future guests to be aware that noise at awkward hours is possible. We also experienced a couple of housekeeping hiccups, where our towels were taken but not replaced. Luckily, we had beach towels with us, but this could have been inconvenient otherwise.
