Location is excellent, close to everything. Room is comfy and clean.
There's no elevator which is normal in Venice. If you have any issues going up the stairs (they are pretty steep), I would recommend asking for a room on a lower floor. Also if you have a room on 2nd floor it can get a bit noisy as this is where the kitchen is located/breakfast is taking place.

great location
We needed a gluten-free and lactose-free breakfast, which I ordered in advance. We only got 1 sweet pastry. They promised us yogurt, but I got classic yogurt with lactose.
Every morning an employee woke us up early to go have breakfast because they only have 3 tables and there is a reservation at 9 am.
My friend was celebrating her birthday and when I sang "happy birthday" to her at 10:00 in the morning, I was warned that I had to be quiet.
