Beautiful house in a panoramic position, a short distance from the town of Pratovecchio.
This rental is ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful option in the countryside. Outside the guests can enjoy a beautiful garden, wooden gazebo with large table for outdoor dining, a stone barbecue and a new swimming pool with a fantastic view.
The property is quite near the Casentino national park and offers the possibility to visit both natural beauty such as Monte Falterona (where the source of the river Arno is found) as well as cities of art such as Arezzo and Florence, which are roughly 45km away.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.
Available to guests: private and fenced garden, private swimming pool (12 x 6 m - depth 1.1 - 1.5 m), gazebo with table, chairs and barbecue, ping pong table, internal dining area sufficient size to hold all guests at the same time. The house has a free Wi-Fi connection and a washing machine.
Distances: Pratovecchio with a wide variety of shops - 3 km, Poppi (golf course) - 6 km, Camaldoli - 20 km, the beautiful city Arezzo - 40 km, Florence (airport) - 45 km.

Great spot for the vacation, stunnig view a big area. Fantastic pool with a great view as well. A lot of possibilities to see animals including chickens and donkeys. Th eonly concerning thing os this mandatory 300 for cleaning. We left the house in perfect state so I hink this amount was excessive.

We had an amazing stay in the villa with 12 people. Views are great and the garden is beautiful. We harvested food from the garden and spend evenings outside grilling. Only issue were the showers that did not get warm so we had to take cold showers every morning

We were 4 families (15 people) stayed at the villa, our host were brilliant and very kind. From start to finish of the holiday they were available and very helpful in every way. Villa is gorgeous with lovely views. Location is just amazing ,particularity sunset and sunrise view are magical. We didn't used the pool but it would be just perfect in warm weather. Local supermarket is only 7 minutes from the villa. We would like say special thanks to our host (Daniele, Roberta and Simon) for looking after us as a family and provided us with the fruit basket and breakfast items. We would highly recommended this villa for families. (we particularity liked the privacy offered by the villa layout for each family).Wifi was good and TV in each unit.Florence day out is easy , approx 1 hour and 5 minutes distance - best to park at Villa Costanza T1 Tram and take the tram to Florence central. Secure and cheap car parking.Table Tennis and Football table is also available.
