Balcony view of the Duomo, 1/2 block walk to Duomo, clean, secure building! Person we met for keys upon arrival was very accommodating due to our unforeseen travel delay! We loved our home away from home!
Could use a second set of large towels, we ended up doing towel laundry since we were there awhile. Also add at least 2 wine glasses, we enjoyed sitting on balcony at night with a bottle of local wine.

Great location- right in the middle of florence & so easy to get to everything. 600 year old building with exposed timber beams that are huge & you may need to duck your head in some doorways.
The shower had mould in the grout & the water took forever to drain away. On the last of 4 night stay the water didn’t drain out at all. I didn’t even attempt to wash my hair there as you can only have a very quick shower before it would flood. While this is a 600 year old building the plumbing needs to work if you charge people to stay.
