I like this apartment including the location, the clean bed, room, and the facility inside the house.
The access procedure is also clear enough for foreign tourists and there is a parking lot nearby the apartment.
We can also lock our luggage directly with the locking area…nice experience and felt like staying in the cozy home in Florence💕
If a washing machine can be inside the apartment, that would be perfect to stay for longer nights to visit in Florence

From check-in to the overall stay, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The place was very clean, and the shower had great water pressure, making it very comfortable. What we appreciated most was the location — not too far from the main attractions and the area felt safe, so my husband was comfortable letting me go out shopping on my own. There are also several supermarkets nearby, which made things very convenient. My husband and I had a very satisfying stay.

Communications are fast, auto check in was easy. The place is tastefully decorated and location is great.
We stayed 3 nights and there were no room clean up. It was something we expected, unfortunately during booking we didn't noticed/ recalled reading seeing that under facilities. For example, we bought pizza, wine back and would love to at least wash the cups for future use. We are not able to do that, and have to thankfully we has brought along trash bags to use for throwing trash out.
