Great quiet location, private entrance on a quiet street, secure and close to the station.
Some things didn't work in the apartment like the iron and a few maintenence issues.

location very near the Florence main station santa maria novelle. only 5 min walking distance. the unit is also very clean and organised . comfortable with modern elevator.
almost nothing to complain. only the laundry room must go through basement which quite a hassle
