The location of the property was fantastic. Walkable to market and Duomo.
Nothing major. It can be noisy on the streets in the night . If u r a light sleeper then it can be problem otherwise everything about the property is perfect.

Alberto was a great host and very helpful. he was on time to hand over the keys to the apartment. I think we would come back and stay in his apartment again.
The heating generally in Florence is controlled (by no fault of the owner). It used to get cold sometimes during the night but other than that everything was great.

Alberto was incredible helping us get settled. He met us at the door showed us how everything worked gave me great advice.

Very well situated. It is in the center of Florence. The building is very old. 4th floor, but there is an elevator. The furniture is old, chairs are old, table is old, etc. except the main bed, air conditioning, and windows which are noise cancelled (thank goodness, there is a lot of noise in the streets). All the building is apartments.. Alberto is nice, but when you book you don’t know that he will try to charge you 40 euros if you get to the apartment after 20:00. Besides that, he will charge you 6 euros per person, and per day supposedly to pay for a tax to the Council, no receipt obtained on his part.

Time of departure is 10:00 am, which is very early from my point of view.
