Great location. Easy walk/ tram ride from the station. Quiet but no view. Breakfast was continental but quite pleasant.
Thought it was a little expensive given size of yhe room but we are talking Switzerland so it probably was quite reasonable given position. No air-conditioning control so you are at the mercy of the hotel. The fan was much appreciated for some airflow.

The hotel was well located, clean, comfortable with a good continental breakfast.
The Resturant looked really nice and as it was poring with rain in the evening would have been very convenient; but it was closed.

Perfect location in the old town - fortunately with good sound insulation! Theatres etc. close by. Efficient, flexible and friendly personnel. Excellent fresh breakfast.

The location is in Downtown Bern. That is the only advantage.
Although the room was clean, half the lights were not working in the bathroom. The shower flooded the bathroom floor and into the bedroom. When I mentioned that to the person at the front desk, she seemed annoyed with me!
The advertised breakfast that came with the price of the room is not a hot breakfast. The coffee was good.
