Clean, staff available 24/7, next to a tram stop, comfortable mattress.
Pillow too fat and solid, lack of toilets in the main communal area, the restaurant being closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Nice, clean, fresh. We arrived late and departed early so we did not make the most use of all facilities. But the beds were comfortable, we stayed in one room with our family of 4 and the beds were made. We were well rested to continue our journey.
The room was very hot when we entered. But we could control the airflow and make it more comfortable

Clean comfy rooms, on site covered parking (chf22 overnight) was a plus. Kids appreciated the small soft toy gift very much.
Family room didn’t come with a fridge even though there was clearly a cupboard for it previously. Would have been useful for families with small kids especially.

Very good breakfast. Convenient parking. Good location.
Advance room requests submitted at time of online reservation were not handled. Disappointing. (Already late night) CheckIn delayed significantly due to front desk personnel experiencing problems with parking garage ticket printing machine. Ultimately process was aborted and deferred to the following morning.
