The floor of shower room was bit slippery, and it could be dangerous for some clients

It’s really nice hotel, with excellent location and nice staff

We stayed here as a couple and the location is unbeatable — everything in Bern feels walkable and convenient. The hotel was clean and well-run, and the staff were friendly. A special highlight was the Fondue Chalet on the rooftop: the food was excellent, and our server Christian was genuinely a delight — warm, attentive, and really accommodating. It ended up being one of our favourite parts of the stay.
The room was very small for two people, especially once we had our luggage open. Fine for a short stay, but tight if you’re traveling as a couple.
