Great location and facilities. Spa was fantastic
My room was located at a high floor, I think below the main airconditioning unit, which was very noisy at night. I notified the staff about this, did not hear back from them

The receptionist upon welcome was great and really appreciated the free tram and bus travel app available for the length of our stay.
Our room air conditioning made a continuous loud squeaking noise, so we had to leave a card in the room whilst we were out to chill it down, then sleep without aircon. The maintenance staff were unable to fix it and the hotel was full so we couldn't get a different room. Slightly annoying problem that we worked around as the hotel couldn't resolve it. Otherwise our stay was good.
