    Overall, the hotel stay was excellent. The location is very convenient—just a short distance from Bern Main Station and situated right in the city centre. On our last day, we would like to give special thanks to one of the reception staff, Anna. She not only helped us retrieve our luggage, but also kindly assisted in calling our next hotel to clarify some queries we had. On top of that, she thoughtfully offered us a bottle of still or sparkling water. Her service was truly appreciated and made our stay even more memorable.

    The hotel is located in very convenience location where we can find breakfast even in Easter holiday. Staffs are very nice and helpful.
