Excellent location and price! Other than not having dish soap, the kitchen amenities were helpful. The room was very clean and we appreciated having the drying rack.
Overall experience was great. One suggestion would be to get different pillows. I know pillow preference is subjective, bit it would be nice to have options. Dish liquid and a dish towel or additional paper towels would also be helpful. Lastly, a toilet plunger would be helpful, since there isn’t maintenance staff on site.

The location is very central and close to various tube and bus lines.
The area itself is clean, safe and has shops/restaurants.
Bed was comfy enough.
I was not able to check in until one hour after check-in time. Upon arrival the room was prepared but not clean. Apart from crumbs and hair on the floor, the cooking utensils were greasy with no dishwashing liquid or rags to clean them.
The faucet handle was leaking and a cabinet door was detached, lying below the cabinet.

Location and the building is very nice
There’s no lift and we stayed on the highest so it took some effort to enter the apt, but it’s expectable. However, the sewer odor was really bad, we closed the bathroom door but still could smell it. I have contacted the manager and they responded quickly, however, there was no action done and they didn’t handle it in time
