About this apartment rental
The flat is on the first floor of a beautiful old house with high ceilings and big windows. It is located just one minute's walk from Ladbroke Grove tube station. You'll also have the place to yourselves as I'll only be letting when I'm away.
The kitchen is compact but well equipped for a short stay with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine.
The shower is electric and there's a nice big bath.
There's no TV but there is WiFi. The house is on a bus route - which is very convenient but can be a little noisy at night.
There's one double bed.
Notting Hill has many cafes, bars and restaurants and, of course, the market - which mainly happens on a Saturday, but there's a reduced antiques/clothing market on fridays/sundays and a fruit and vegetable market most days. There's two supermarkets within 100 metres (open 7am-11pm).
We're well-appointed for transport with many bus routes (which run throughout the night) and the tube just 100 metres away - it can take you into London's glittering West End in 30-45 minutes (depending on time of day).
I would appreciate it if you would message me before making a reservation with the dates you are interested in and your arrival and departure times (so that I can be certain I would be available to check you in and out again). I would also appreciate it if you you add a short description and photo to your profile (if you haven't already) before messaging: this is my home and I like to know a little about guests who may be staying in it. Please also let me know who any additional guests would be and I promise to get back to you quickly so that, if all is well, we can get the reservation confirmed swiftly.

We had a great time at Nathan’s apartment and enjoyed staying there for a lovely sunny London weekend. It’s located with great access to public transportation (tube/busses) just around the corner. The Notting Hill neighbourhood with Portobello Road nearby being a great part of the town to walk around, explore, and is rich of great café’s, pubs, markets and restaurants.
The nice little apartment itself was tidy, clean and provides everything you need for a nice stay. Super nice and prompt communication with the host Nathan as well. We can highly recommend staying there!

We had a great time at the property, it was extremely clean and tidy and in a fantastic spot for exploring Portobello/Golborne Road. Nathan, the owner, was extremely helpful and communicative and provided lots of information to help make the most of our stay. Highly recommended.
