Great location, midway between Holland Park and Shepherd Bush railway stations. Short walk to local specialty shops and to Westfield Shopping Centre.
Not suitable for people who can’t tolerate traffic noise.

The property itself was functional, clean and comfortable, however, I was provided with a room in the basement directly above the underground, so noise from that prevented me from getting to sleep and woke me much earlier than I would like. There was also significant traffic noise late into the evenings from the busy road outside (sirens, motorbikes, cars with noisy exhausts, etc.).
