Convenient location.
Address was confusing. It's actually no 10 for access. Noisy. Minimal soundproofing.

This studio apartment had everything we needed including an oven and hob, fridge, washing machine and table and chairs. The bathroom was perfect and the shower was great. The studio has one double bed and a pull out sofa bed, both were comfortable. There are two shops right beside the apartment and a Tesco around a ten minute walk away. The building had a lift which was great for getting our luggage in and out as we were on the bottom floor. The check in process was easy also.
The nearest tube was a fifteen minute walk as the one at Olympia doesn't operate all the time.
