caldaia funzionante, quindi si stava bene. il letto era comodo e grande e l'ambiente spazioso
la doccia e i sanitari non avevano un divisorio, quindi ogni volta che veniva fatta si bagnava tutto il bagno...ma lo sapevamo già quindi va bene così

A large, well-appointed, clean and comfortable single-room apartment with a good room heater and opening sash windows for ventilation. The room had sufficient power-points, and these were well-sited. There was a large table for dining/working with comfortable chairs and a comfortable sofa in the living area of the room. The kitchen was well equipped with a sink, four induction hobs, microwave, toaster, fridge, washing machine for clothes and a coffee maker, (a range of pods were supplied for this). The low-level bed was extremely comforatble. The bathroom was equipped with a shower, toilet and hand basin. The property is located on a quiet residential street about 0.5 miles from the nearest tube station (Shepherd's Bush, Central Line).
The batroom was quite small and a little odd. There was no shower enclosure or bath, but was a "wet room". Entry to the bathroom was over a low water-bar which was effective in stopping the water leaking from the bathroom into the rest of the apartment, but meant that when using the toilet after the shower had been used the floor was very wet. I could not get the shower of the tap on the hand basin to supply hot water, even after running them for a considerable time and with the tap controller in just about every conceivable position, (there was hot water supplied to the apartment as the tap in the sink in the kitchen area supplied hot water quite quickly).

It was a great place to stay. Good value for money in nice neighbourhood. I appreciate that there was salt, pepper, oil etc to use. It makes the stay much easier. Also it was warm there as you can regulate the temperature. Amazing! Very helpful host!
Shower was quit a pain point. It doesnt have enough pressure and it is hard to find the right temperature. Also it is above the toilet but that is visible from pictures so we counted with it

The apartment was a good size for two. The landlord was very accessible.
The street was quiet in the evenings. The apartment is a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to Westfield shopping center, which also has a grocery store.
The yard and stairwell were untidy. The apartment next door was undergoing renovations, which caused noise. The apartment door lock was very insecure. The bathroom didn't work at all. The toilet was open from above the door, so all sounds could be heard in the living space.
Poor channel availability on the apartment's TV.
The pots and pans were dirty, we didn't use them. The kitchen is best suited for preparing breakfast.
We chose the location on purpose but if you want to enjoy the sights of the city centre then this apartment is far away and requires several buses or buses and metro. We have rented apartments in London dozens of times so we knew how to prepare for this.
Just to let you know, the bed in the apartment is really hard.
