The host was super kind and was able to help with luggage storage. The room was big for London standard and had a balcony. Everything was clean

The place is exactly like the pictures, clean and comfortable, I had everything I needed, the decoration is very good, I was in 2 different rooms and I am very happy with my stay there! They really care about the comfort of their guests and make you feel at home! Every time it is free, I will choose this place!

Looked like the photos.
Had everything we needed for a nights stay.
Location was close to kensington with a 15-20 minute walk.
Clean apartment.
Check-in was poor. Didn’t recieive anything so had to get in contact when arrived at the hotel, and was updated after 1.5 hours. So had to carry our bags around an exhibition which wasn’t ideal.
No teatowels - so had to use a bath towel to use the oven.
