Welcome to Arundel Road to this super apartment which is BRAND NEW and will suit everyone whether you are professionals, families or group bookings! Huge 5 bedrooms with plenty of space but home comforts to make this an unforgettable stay. Moments to Brighton Marina and easy bus access along to the Pier and main Brighton main attractions and city centre! What more could you ask for? Will you be the first to stay! This brand new furnished apartment spans the whole of the first floor, with no one above you. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group and family trips sleeping up to 10 people! There are 3 super king size zip lock beds which separate into single beds making 3 bedrooms having 2 single beds in each room. A further 2 bedrooms have king size beds. All bedrooms are super comfortable and stylish with ample space for clothes. The master bedroom also has a TV and a sofa in case you want to spread out and have a bit more space within your group! There is also outdoor dining to sit and have morning coffee or enjoy your tea! The apartment is located adjacent and above The Bell Tower public house which is a quiet local pub. They will offer you discount on their delicious food during your stay: the roast dinners are amazing! There is a key lock box with your own entrance to the apartment. Being just moments away from Brighton Marina and Kemptown village, there are ample coffee shops bakeries and supermarkets within walking distance. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk for frequent busses to town and Brighton station. Parking - On street parking with pay by phone machines are available Mon-Sun 9am-8pm = payable If you manage to find an 11 hour bay you can stay here for up to 2 weeks. Download the app 'paybyphone' There is a key lock box where keys are collected and returned to at the end of your stay.
