Very spacious and comfortable beds avd sofas.
It’s not about dislike but just awareness .
The only issue we faced was that the front door did not lock from inside.
We had our foster child who has Down syndrome and we had to keep him with an adult at all times.

Good size plenty towels location was great
Musky damp smell throughout the property, plenty of plug-ins air freshener but the smell was still strong needs refresh carpets, bathroom floor and kitchen needs some work as it has a strange smell.

Property was well kept, 24/7 maintenance team which were very helpful even giving us a small gift for the inconvenience of maintenance issues.
when showering or using any water there was a strong egg smell.

House was in a good location. However, house is a typical old brighton property. Stairs narrow and a bit rickety. So not great if u have to lug a big case up all the stairs if you are in top room. I woul
dnt recommend for young kids or old people and certainly not anyone with a disability. The front room pics look very big the actual room was quite small. Kitchen in basement no windows. We only really only slept there as we were out all day and night. So it was fine for what we needed it for. It was clean. There was 10 of us. The beds not the most comfortable but fine for for a weekend.
Towels too small and stairs.
