Fantastic location . Large enough for our mixed group to spread out. Good facilities , well thought about kitchen with good quality appliances. Multiple showering bathroom space . Games to hand to use in the communal space.

The property was very central, cosy and the facilities good for a group. The owner was extremely communicative and quick to respond when required.
Only very small things like the plug was broken in the kitchen sink, along with the rooms not having sufficient curtains to block out much sunlight in the morning, or blinds in the top bedroom which are controlled by a magnet and very temperamental to use.

Perfect location and size for a property in the heart of Brighton. The rooms were spacious and everything was clean and modern. An excellent property for groups of large sizes. The balcony was sunny all day. Very easy check-in and no issues from neighbours or surrounding properties. I would highly recommend this stay. All beds had clean linen and were very comfortable!

Amazing location, easy access to beach front and Churchill square as well as easy walk down to the Lanes. Group of 10 stayed for my daughter’s graduation and we all stayed there very comfortably. Rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better host who went above and beyond to help us especially as there was limited road access and parking due to Pride being on the same weekend.
