The property was in a good location - close to town but not too close that it was noisy. We liked being near the beach. It was clean and beds were fresh. Nice touches with dishwasher tablets , tea and coffee left out. Lock box very handy.
The place needs to be painted and carpets changed. It is grubby looking and gives a bad impression on entry though once settled we were very comfortable.
Beds are small and the hot water came and went.

the bedding is comfortable and the living room
is spacious. and it is clean overall

there is a noise detector and there is a restriction
that we can’t go out to the patio after a time limit
it is not worth the price
the check in is too late and the check out time is
too early, it makes the trip became rushing.
