We really liked the location very close to town and train station
We found the apartment very clean and inviting
Because it was so close to town and backed onto a park it was quite noisy at times when we were trying to sleep

Everything! The flat was very spacious, clean, the 2 bedrooms were perfect & the spare bedding for the sofa were spotless! Location was great & instructions to get in were easy to follow!

The location was great, and the furnishings and equipment were of a good standard
There were 19 keylocks behind the Sabai restaurant, and none of them were identified with the flat number 24. By sheer luck the second keylock that we tried opened with the code provided.
Only one out of the two lifts seemed to be operating, and it got stuck on the second floor. The door of the lift opened and closed but the lift stayed on the 2nd floor, refusing to go up or down. Leaving the lift we couldn't find any indoor stairs to go up to the third floor. We tried the fire escape and went up to the 3rd floor on the outdoors stairs, but the door couldn't be opened from the outside. In the end one of us managed to enter the ground floor via the fire escape, called the lift and made it to the 3rd floor.
The lift problem was reported to Mimi, and fortunately improved somewhat after that, though it was still unreliable. We never found out how to get to the 3rd floor just using indoor stairs (if indeed it's possible).
There was a loud and continuous sound coming from a vent near the lounge window, probably used for ventilation in one of the restaurants on the ground floor. We were out in the evening and late at night mercifully the noise had stopped.
There were instructions about turning on a boiler for the heating, but we didn't need heating so we didn't do anything. In any case it wasn't clear what to do about turning the boiler on - there were a couple of switches and some kind of knob on the boiler. A photo would be helpful. However, we found the hot water had run out by the morning of our departure, so presumably the boiler was needed for hot water as well as for heating the apartment. Clear instructions would make all the difference.
We had to hunt around to find the bedding for the sofa bed in the lounge. In the end, some of it was found folded up inside the sofa bed. Pillows had to be got from the extra pillows on the beds in the two bedrooms.
In the bedroom nearest the front door, it was difficult to keep the Venetian blinds up
