A very comfortable, superbly located (if you are going to the football, which I was!) house with all the amenities you would need, close to a retail park and public transport.

Location, car parking available
Toilets seat seems a recurrent issue (to be fixed again). Needed a colander 😉 just for info, the scissors are blunt (no biggie).
