Was precisely what we were looking for as a convenient base for visiting family and friends. Loved the decor, great facilities, very clean and had a cosy, homely feel to it. The Christmas tree and mince pies were a nice touch!
Not really something we didn't like, but heads up for future guests that we did set off the smoke alarm when leaving the bathroom door open after spraying deodorant, as there is a detector right outside the door. This can be easily avoided by making sure you close the bathroom door.

We liked:
- the location of the property for easy access for exploring Norwich City Center, the Castle, Museum, Cathedral, churches and Lanes.
- the property's free off street parking nearby.
- the extra touches provided by the owner as part of 'welcome pack'!
The property on the whole is lovely and has a homely feel.
As the property is located in a row of terraced houses, perhaps the one improvement would be for some daytime window privacy nets/blinds, so that you could leave curtains open during day time for natural light, instead of having to draw curtains and switch lights on every time you are indoors upstairs/downstairs.

This property is the best holiday rental we have stayed in, and we have stayed in very many over the last fifteen years. The parking is very close by (always a bonus in a city location) and only a short walk into the centre of lovely Norwich. The house is furnished beautifully, to a very high end and with every thought given to the guests’ comfort. The thoughtful touches and finishes in every area give a welcoming, happy vibe, all credit due to the hosts.
Beds are comfortable, the private garden another lovely bonus and a very relaxing lounge to cosy up in after a busy day’s sightseeing. Can’t recommend this place enough and thank you again Anna for a super break in Norwich.

Everything was perfect! The house was exceptionally clean, very cosy, conveniently located (close to the shops and the center of Norwich) - and had everything you would need for a family stay. The host is wonderful. We are already planning to come back!
Not a single thing comes to mind - this place was simply exceptional!
