Well located - just a short walk into the centre of Norwich.
Definitely spacious - the lounge in particular.
Clean and comfortable.
Parking on site.
Note that you enter into the large lounge on the ground floor, then go downstairs to the bedrooms and kitchen. This is not a criticism, just a point to note.
Taller people would need to duck in the ensuite shower as the shower head is quite low, but shower is otherwise great..

Kitchen was very well
Equipped, which suited us as we wanted to cook a family dinner.
The door knob on one of the bedroom doors is too close to the edge of the door and therefore close to the door frame. As a result it is awkward closing the door. This door knob just needs to be adjusted slightly.

The rooms were clean and well maintained overall. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly. Checking in was simple, as was parking. The apartment is in an ideal spot that means you’re only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Norwich. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms were nice.
Only thing to mention is that the bed was quite creaky and there was a decent amount of noise from the other apartments. Due to the rooms being on a lower ground floor too the bathroom ceilings are quite low and we had to duck in the shower.
