Great location, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The annexe was as described, including a wonderful continental breakfast which my children loved. The garden and kids toys was an added bonus. Mel and David could not have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay again!

The space was clean and tidy for arrival stocked with plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies for our 1 night stay.
Clear instructions had been left for everything from finding the property, accessing the keys through the lock box, using the wifi, etc. It was an easy, stress free stay and we were very grateful for how well they had prepared the space. There is also ample free parking!
The space was a bit cosy for 5 adults, but was completely adequate for just a 1 night stay

Shower water pressure is low and water temperature is intermittent.
