This was a really nice house for a base for our family and communication was excellent. The instructions for where to park and how to get into the property were really clear and we always got a prompt response when messaging back. The house was very clean and tidy, modern and well maintained. We didn't get to make use of the courtyard garden unfortunately but our dog liked it! Would recommend.
The stairs in the property are very steep, (standard for this style of house), so you may struggle to get upstairs if you have mobility issues. If you don't, then this is a lovely house to stay in.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. The space was thoughtfully set up with everything we needed, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall peaceful environment, which made our stay truly enjoyable. We would happily recommend it to others and would love to return in the future.
Overall, we had a lovely stay at the property. The only small challenge for us was the steep stairs, which may be something for guests with limited mobility to keep in mind. However, this didn’t take away from our experience, and everything else about the property made our stay very enjoyable. It’s a charming place and we appreciated the unique character it offers.

Lovely, cosy house, well equipped and very comfy beds. Quiet area within walking distance to town. Mark was helpful and responded quickly to any queries and kindly gave us a later checkout which was much appreciated Great local pubs and chip shop!!

The house was quite nice , quiet,
No TV- Internet due to Virgin Media. Shower not hot- knob turned to full hot , got the heating to work first.day but no heating thereafter -- host send instructions the next day but did not see any information on attachment through booking.com regarding the heating so I just put a blanket on my lap that was on the sofa
