Well equipped house, plenty of unrestricted parking and lots of corner shops in walking distance.
Walking distance to the centre of Lincoln.
Bathroom could do with more heating and ventilation.
Mattresses a bit uncomfortable but fine for a short stay.
The road is a dead end and steep so turning can be tricky.

It was really comfortable and a lot of the facilities were really well kept in place as well as really clean which was a bonus!
It was really hot and sunny weather during this week during our stay which was great. But when asking for a fan they didn’t have one which was the only downside during our stay.

It's in the heart of town.
The house is clean.
Shower is good.
The bed isn't comfortable to sleep. The springs are weak and old.
It's called bed and breakfast but there's not even 1 bottle of drinking water in there. Only one tissue in the toilet. Entrance to the house could do with some makeover and light at night.
