Excellent location, house was very clean and it was easy to park. Comfortable place and a good base for our weekend in Lincoln. I would book again.

We attended for a weekend event and the property is 8 mins walk from the castle! Couldn't ask for a better location. The house is a decent size and the area was very peaceful.

This property exceeded my expectations, I had read previous reviews and was a little skeptical but I had no reason to be worried. I had communicated with the host prior to our stay and they were fantastic and so accommodating. As soon as we walked in the property it was lovely, clean, tidy, no fusty smells, everything we could have needed for our stay was provided. Parking straight outside the property. It was literally a two minute walk from the Cathedral quarter and shops. I would definitely recommend.
