Fantastic location! Perfect for a group of 9 girls who are good friends so weren't put off by the 1 bathroom situation! Plenty of space to all sit together and relax after a day of shopping and exploring. Check in and out was easy.
Everyone had a shower with plenty of hot water.
Amazing views - we got to watch the Palm Sunday parade up close!
A few of the beds had uncomfortable mattresses but fine for a night!
It wasn't made clear that one of the bedrooms had to be accessed via another one. We were fine as we have been friends for a long time but other groups might not be happy with it.

the location was excellent for our needs, the place was clean and inviting. i would definitely stay again.
there was no wifi, after it had been advertised that there was. there was no privacy in one of the rooms as it didn't have curtains or blinds. the boiler had been left on and it was stifling when we arrived, no instructions on how to switch it off.
