It feels like at home! There was a lot of care and pleasant attention from the lady owner! All needed equipment is in the kitchen. There was coffee, tea, and even bread and sweets!
It was so nice!
There were towels not only for the bathroom but also for the beach.
The terrace is wonderful! We loved to eat there!
Perfect location! Close to the city centre, restaurants, shops, train station.
For a group of four girls, there was not so much place for the clothes. It would be great to have a bedside table close to the sofa in the living room.

It was great - very close to the train station, shops, restaurants, and attractions. The apartment is spacious, so we had plenty of room to spread out all our things. The kitchen is fully equipped. We mentioned that we missed having a kettle, and the owner kindly bought one for us the very next day. A huge plus was the large terrace.
Also we've got a wine as a gift ❤️
The apartment is very damp. I’m not sure if it’s the same in all places in this area, but we did have some issues with humidity.
The shower drain tends to get clogged.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa struttura. Esperienza stupenda, la casa è grande, con un bel terrazzino, fornita di ogni cosa, ci hanno fatto trovare anche della focaccia di benvenuto, dell’acqua e una bottiglia di vino. La casa è nel pieno centro di La Spezia, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, quindi comoda per spostarsi tra le 5 terre.
La proprietaria gentile e disponibile.
Casa pulita e completa di tutto.
La consiglio vivamente e spero di ritornarci.
