We didn’t receive any instructions on how to enter the building. The hotel didn’t pick up any phone calls when ringing the posted number. We only got let in when a cleaner left. There was no reception or front desk. We just had to take our key off the door. Had to communicate via whatsapp. Tried charging us double what the city tax was.
