Apartment is spacious, well supplied (including coffee and morning treats), super clean and a 10-minute walk to the train station. There's a supermarket nearby, as well as plenty of restaurants, bakeries and shops. Neighborhood is very safe, the building was very quiet. We used the apartment as a base to visit Cinque Terre by train, and Lucca/Florence by car, and it worked out very well. The host was very accommodating with our unexpected late arrival due to a car rental problem.

This is not specific to the apartment - just know that if you are driving, finding parking is a challenge, but that's everywhere in Europe. The host was very helpful in suggesting areas.

L’appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Il est grand et très propre.

Appart vaste, confortable, très propre, bien équipé (sauf grille-pain et cafetière électrique) même avec café, sucre, huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre, thé. A 10 minutes à pieds de la gare pour les 5 terres (10 min de train). 5ème étage avec ascenseur. Tout commerce à proximité à pieds. Parkings gratuits. Une dame (habitant l'immeuble) serviable et gentille vous accueille à votre heure annoncée.

Vieille immeuble bruyant de 10 étages dans un quartier très fréquenté, bruyant, avec beaucoup de circulation, en plein centre ville. Déco vieillissante de l'appart. Extrêmement difficile de trouver une place de stationnement (vendredi soir) donc nous n'avons plus bougé la voiture jusqu'à la fin de séjour. FACTURE RÉCLAMÉE NON DÉLIVRÉE par la dame qui nous renvoie vers BOOKING.COM !
