La ubicación es excepcional. Está a pocos metros de la estación de tren, lo cual es perfecto para visitar Cinque Terre, y al mismo tiempo es silenciosa para descansar de noche.
A diferencia de lo que suele ocurrir muchas veces, este apartamento estaba muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para cocinar cómodamente y varios insumos, como papel de cocina, detergente, jabón para lavarropas, etc. En general se notaba mucho esmero en hacer que la estadía fuera cómoda.
Completamente recomendable!

Outstanding, spacious, comfortable, bright, fully renovated and brand new, pristinely clean, equipped with absolutely everything and more to feel at your own home away from home. Welcoming and warm hosts waited for us at the station and even carried our luggage. One block from train station and walking distance to grocery stores, downtown, shops, restaurants, beautiful port and promenade, transportation and all you need to enjoy La Spezia, Cinque Terre and Liguria. The attention to detail is beyond expectation. Highly recommended. Thanks for hosting us Marco & Carlo!!!!
Mattress and pillows a bit too hard for our taste … However the pristine cleanliness of linens compensates it all.

Location almost next to train station (but you don’t hear it & very close to city centre), tidiness, the detailed guide book owners left providing all the info you need about apartment, la spezia and 5 terre

L'emplacement est parfait, nous avions pu tout faire à pied, le centre, le port, la proximité directe de la gare et des supermarchés, vraiment pratique, idéal.
A notre arrivée la petite attention du propriétaire avec la corbeille de viennoiseries, le café...c'est très appréciable.
L'appartement est très bien équipé, il manque seulement une bouilloire mais sinon tout est présent, c'est top! Je recommande.
Le bruit des voisins, l'appartement n'étant pas parfaitement isolé nous entendions tous les bruits de la rue et de l'appartement d'en haut et d'à côté. Nous avons eu aussi plusieurs coupures de courant durant le séjour mais certainement dû aux travaux faits par les voisins.
