Perfect location. Clean and comfortable apartment. There is everything you need and more to enjoy your stay. Davide was very kind and helpful to us. He gave great suggestions for restaurants and sights to visit. His location was perfect for visiting LaSpezia, and the Cinque Terre. Davide also checked with us to make sure we were doing well through out our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Davide for everything.

Perfect proximity to the train for departure, arrival and to access Cinque Terre. Davide was very helpful and immediately responsive to our questions. His condo is clean, spacious and fully appointed. A grocery store was two blocks away which came in handy for having meals “at home”…especially on the one rainy day when trains didn’t run and restaurants were closed. I highly recommend this place and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Davide is very good host and apartment was clean and washer was handy. Beds, couch and lighting needs an upgrade. It was like my place in college. Bottom line is you get what you pay for and this place is a fair value.
