genuinely enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable from the first week right through to the end of my 30+ days. The apartment was a perfect base in London because it combined practicality with real comfort — it didn’t feel like a “temporary” place, it felt like a proper home. Everything was well presented, clean on arrival, and set up in a way that made day-to-day living easy. I appreciated how the space was organised, with the essentials already in place, and the overall environment felt calm, safe, and well looked after.
One of the biggest positives for me was how smoothly everything worked during a longer stay. The apartment supported normal routines — resting well, cooking when needed, and having enough space to relax after busy days. It was also nice to have a place that felt consistent and reliable: no unpleasant surprises, no issues that dragged on, and no stress about basic comforts. That kind of reliability makes a huge difference when you’re staying for an extended period, especially in a busy city like London.
What truly elevated the experience, though, was the support and hospitality from the house manager, Monica. Monica was exceptional — warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. She made the stay feel welcoming rather than transactional. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, she responded quickly and always with a positive attitude. Even small things were handled with care, and it was clear she takes pride in ensuring guests are comfortable. Her presence and responsiveness gave me real peace of mind throughout my stay, and it’s rare to find that level of consistent support over a long period.

Really good location near the tube station and right by Portobello Road. Everything is clean, quiet and easy to check in and out. Would stay here again

La ubicación es inmejorable, y Monika es amable y está localizable si tienes algún problema.
El baño pésimo, no nos pudimos duchar porque el agua estaba hirviendo y encima una noche tuvimos una fuga de agua del lavabo que empezó a salir agua y se inundó el baño. El baño era pequeñísimo y hacía mucho ruido cada vez que simplemente se daba el grifo. La habitación enana para 3 personas, apenas te podías mover. El armario bien, tenía capacidad y las camas relativamente cómodas. No volveremos a este alojamiento en concreto, pero sí repetiríamos zona.
