5 Heart of Santa Monica apartment

The location is excellent close to Santa Monica Pier, shops and bars/restaurants. Undercover secure parking a bonus.

Clean and tidy, good location.

Great location- central and easy to walk to things, nice to have target and trader joes so close by.Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, nice kitchen, great to have 2 baths-excellent space for 3 adults or 2 couples.

Common space is a bit small and not the most comfortable- more living room seating (even 1 chair) would be helpful. Dining chairs are high and don't match the table height so we couldn't comfortably eat at the table. The alleyway behind the unit is super loud on the morning with delivery trucks, garbage trucks etc- def disturbed us- so definitely bring ear plugs!

First of all, this location is not far from Santa Monica beach, so it's convient for me. Second the price is not as high as other neibough accommodation. At last and more important, the size of the apartment is good and rooms are clean, that's great and out of my expection.

Overall our experience was fair, but I don’t think I’ll repeat it again. We arrive Saturday evening after a long trip, we struggled little bit with findings the keys as it was dark and we have to search on black box attached to a constricting place, till finally we got it. Although Free parking available, but the second mystery of searching the keys was to find the remote control for the parking place, which was destroyed and we couldn’t park our car that night and we had to pay and park somewhere else. We stayed on the 3rd floor. It located on a SUPER busy neighbourhood so if you are close to the street then you may struggle to sleep, like me. AC wasn’t working so well. It programmed to turn ON sometimes and OFF on other times.
